Information for Participants

1. Registration

  Registration Time : from June 4 (Sat) 8:00
  Place : at Auditorium(B1F) of Tri-Service General Hospital (No.4 in the map)
  Fees : for Conference Registration NTD1,000
  (1) Pre-registration is not available.
  (2) A Programs & Abstracts
manual is handed out at the registration.
  (3) Please wear name tag at all times during the meeting.
  (4) Eating
and drinking are prohibited in the auditorium and conference room.

2. Lunch

  Lunch is available at dinning hall (No.6 in the map) on the basement 1. Coupon will be
  given at the registration.

3. Banquet

4. Information for Pre-meeting

  (1) Meeting Time : June 4 (Sat) 8:00-8:30
  (2) Place : conference room B101, located in the Department of Radiation Oncology
                       (No.5 in the map), Tri-Service General hospital
  (3) Member: invited guests and stuff  
  (4) Please join the pre-meeting after your breakfast.

5. Information for Moderators & Authors

 For Moderators
  (1) Please be seated at the next moderator in the auditorium at least 10 minutes
    before your session starts.
  (2) Please start your session after the announcement of the session at the designated
  
  time.
  (3) Progress of the session is entrusted to moderators, but please be sure to finish your
  
  session within the allocated time.
  (4) All questions and comments should be held in English.
  (5) Time Limit of the Presentation:
    Keynote Speech : 20 to 25-minute presentation and 5 to 10-minute discussion,
    the total time should be within
30-minute
    Symposium : 15 to 17-minute presentation and 3 to 5-minute discussion, the
    total time should be within
20-minute  
    General Presentation : 8-minute presentation and 2-minute discussion, the
    total time should be within
10-minute
  (6) There is a sign at 30 seconds prior and at the end of the allocated presentation
    time.

 For Speakers
  (1) Time Limit of the Presentation:

  (2) All presentations and answers should be held in English.
  (3) Please be seated at the next speaker in the auditorium as soon as prior
    presentation is started.
  (4) Please operate your slides by yourself by using the remote control, although PC is
    operated by the conference staff.
  (5) There is a sign at 30 seconds prior and at the end of the allocated presentation
    time.
    Please keep to the time limit of the presentation.
  (6) All those who make presentations at the meeting are obliged to disclose conflicts of
    interest.
  (7) PC used in the conference is installed with Windows 7 OS with Microsoft PowerPoint
    2007. Your PowerPoint version should be 2003-2007.
  (8) All PCs to be used for presentations are set to XGA (1,024 x 768).
  (9) To avoid incorrect character display, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow,
    Century, Century Gothic, Courier New, Georgia, Times New Roman are
    recommended.

 PC Preview & Registration
  (1) Please register and confirm your presentation data to be used in your presentation
    at the PC preview center at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your session.
  (2) Presentation data can only be accepted on USB flash memory.
    In order to avoid virus infection, please scan your data with updated anti-virus
  
  software beforehand.
  (3) If you create your data including movies or with Mac, please use your own
    notebook for your presentation.
  (4) Your note book must have a D-sub 15-pin connector. If not, please bring any
    necessary adapters for your note book.
  (5) Please ensure that your note book is configured to display resolution of XGA (1,024
    x 768), as the edges of slides larger than this size may be cut off.
  (6) Please cancel the screen saver and power saver settings in advance.
  (7) Please bring backup media (USB flash memory) even when you are bringing your
    own notebook
